Bubblepack's Integrated Liner delivers essentially the same thermal protection as our Roll Liner through a prefabricated, ready-to-install format. Manufactured to suit standard container dimensions, it is built for exporters running international or multi-location operations.

An Integrated Liner is a prefabricated thermal container liner manufactured to suit standard container dimensions. Built as a 5-layer laminate of double-sided metallised polyester film bonded to high-density polyethylene woven fabric, it is positioned inside the container and secured using its own integrated attachment system rather than being cut and fitted on site. This gives a standardised solution designed for complete or near-complete coverage of common container sizes, including 20ft, 40ft, 40ft HC and 45ft.

Because compact prefabricated units can be distributed directly to customers, depots and logistics locations internationally, the Integrated Liner does not require Bubblepack's own installation personnel, bulky rolls, adhesive, or specialist fitting equipment to be present at every destination.

The Integrated Liner protects temperature-sensitive cargo across the same industries Bubblepack works with every day:
Dairy and milk powder exporters, protecting against moisture and heat-related condensation damage.
Pharmaceutical and life sciences shipments with a defined temperature tolerance band.
-Wine, spirits and beverage exporters protecting product quality from heat and freeze damage.
Chemical and industrial ingredient exporters requiring a moisture barrier and temperature stability.
Three decades of container insulation experience, proven at scale across global export routes.
Over three decades supplying and installing thermal liner systems for global exporters.
Used in thousands of containers annually across multiple industries.
Shortlisted twice at the 2026 Irish Exporters Association Export Industry Awards, SME Exporter of the Year and Services Exporter of the Year.
Exporters typically reduce shipping costs by 40 to 60% versus refrigerated containers, depending on route and product requirements.

Integrated Liner installation typically takes 7 to 20 minutes depending on container size, since the liner arrives as a compact, ready-to-fit unit requiring minimal specialist equipment.
Yes. The Integrated Liner is designed for straightforward installation with minimal specialist equipment, which is what makes it well suited to international and multi-location operations where Bubblepack's own installation teams are not based.
The Integrated Liner is manufactured to suit standard 20ft, 40ft, 40ft HC and 45ft container dimensions, giving a repeatable specification across common container sizes.
Thermal performance is essentially the same across both formats. The two use different constructions, a 5-layer laminate for the Integrated Liner and a 3-layer bubble core for the Roll Liner, but both are engineered to deliver equivalent protection. The Integrated Liner is simply distributed and installed differently, which makes it better suited to international supply programmes.
Compact prefabricated units can be distributed directly to customers, depots and logistics locations internationally, without needing to also supply rolls, adhesive or Bubblepack installation personnel to each destination.
