Integrated Liner: Prefabricated, Ready-to-Install Container Liner

Bubblepack's Integrated Liner delivers essentially the same thermal protection as our Roll Liner through a prefabricated, ready-to-install format. Manufactured to suit standard container dimensions, it is built for exporters running international or multi-location operations.

Integrated Liner/

An Integrated Liner is a prefabricated thermal container liner manufactured to suit standard container dimensions. Built as a 5-layer laminate of double-sided metallised polyester film bonded to high-density polyethylene woven fabric, it is positioned inside the container and secured using its own integrated attachment system rather than being cut and fitted on site. This gives a standardised solution designed for complete or near-complete coverage of common container sizes, including 20ft, 40ft, 40ft HC and 45ft.

Installation Works/

How Integrated Liner Installation Works

Because compact prefabricated units can be distributed directly to customers, depots and logistics locations internationally, the Integrated Liner does not require Bubblepack's own installation personnel, bulky rolls, adhesive, or specialist fitting equipment to be present at every destination.

1

The liner arrives as a compact, prefabricated unit manufactured to your container's standard dimensions.

2

It is positioned inside the container and secured using its integrated attachment system.

3

Installation requires minimal specialist equipment and training, typically 7 to 20 minutes depending on container size.

4

The container is ready to load once the liner is secured in place.

FAQS/

Frequently asked questions.

What is an Integrated Liner?

An Integrated Liner is a prefabricated thermal container liner manufactured to suit standard container dimensions. It is built as a 5-layer laminate of double-sided metallised polyester film bonded to high-density polyethylene woven fabric, and is positioned inside the container and secured using its own integrated attachment system rather than being cut and fitted on site.

How long does Integrated Liner installation take?

Integrated Liner installation typically takes 7 to 20 minutes depending on container size, since the liner arrives as a compact, ready-to-fit unit requiring minimal specialist equipment.

Can the Integrated Liner be installed without Bubblepack's own team on site?

Yes. The Integrated Liner is designed for straightforward installation with minimal specialist equipment, which is what makes it well suited to international and multi-location operations where Bubblepack's own installation teams are not based.

What container sizes is the Integrated Liner available in?

The Integrated Liner is manufactured to suit standard 20ft, 40ft, 40ft HC and 45ft container dimensions, giving a repeatable specification across common container sizes.

Is the Integrated Liner as effective as the Roll Liner?

Thermal performance is essentially the same across both formats. The two use different constructions, a 5-layer laminate for the Integrated Liner and a 3-layer bubble core for the Roll Liner, but both are engineered to deliver equivalent protection. The Integrated Liner is simply distributed and installed differently, which makes it better suited to international supply programmes.

How is the Integrated Liner distributed internationally?

Compact prefabricated units can be distributed directly to customers, depots and logistics locations internationally, without needing to also supply rolls, adhesive or Bubblepack installation personnel to each destination.
